🌿 一餐素食 · 一份善缘
《华严经·净行品》中说：「若饭食时，当愿众生，禅悦为食，法喜充满。」
一份素食，不仅滋养色身，也是一份布施与结缘。
值此药师佛诞殊胜吉日，以清净素食与大众结缘，将一份温暖与善意分享给每一位有缘人。愿大家在享用素食的同时，也种下一份善因、结下一份善缘，让慈悲与欢喜在人与人之间传递。

- 愿人人得一餐温饱，得一份欢喜；

🌿 One Meal · One Wholesome Connection
As stated in the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, Chapter on Pure Conduct:
“When partaking of food, may all beings be nourished by the joy of meditation and be filled with the delight of the Dharma.”
A vegetarian meal not only nourishes the body — it is also an offering of generosity, kindness and connection. On the auspicious occasion of Medicine Buddha’s Birthday, we share wholesome vegetarian meals with all who join us, extending warmth and kindness through the simple act of giving.
May each meal plant a seed of goodness, create a wholesome connection, and allow compassion and joy to be shared from one person to another.
