法会简介｜About the Dharma Assembly
农历七月，是孝亲报恩、缅怀祖德的殊胜月份。适逢佛欢喜日、盂兰盆节及地藏王菩萨圣诞，正是诵经祈福、广修善业、回向亲恩的吉祥时节。
The Seventh Lunar Month is a sacred time for practising filial piety, expressing gratitude to parents and ancestors, cultivating wholesome deeds, and dedicating merits. It encompasses
the Buddha’s Joyful Day (Ullambana Festival) and the Sacred Birthday of Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva, making it an especially auspicious period for sutra recitation, prayers, and meritorious practice.
地藏王菩萨于久远劫前，发下宏誓大愿：
「我今尽未来不可计劫，为是罪苦六道众生广设方便，尽令解脱，而我自身方成佛道。」
Countless kalpas ago, Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva made this great vow:
“From now until the end of future kalpas, I will employ countless skilful means to liberate all suffering beings in the Six Realms. Only after every one of them has attained liberation will I myself attain Buddhahood.”
菩萨慈悲愿力无量无边，其功德广如虚空、深如大海、高如须弥，十方诸佛亦难尽赞。
His compassionate vows are immeasurable. His virtues are as vast as space, as deep as the ocean, and as lofty as Mount Sumeru. Even all Buddhas throughout the ten directions cannot fully praise His boundless merits.
