周边花海供养 Floral Garland (around the stupa)

🌺 一花一愿 · 众花成海

一朵花，是一份清净心；千万朵花汇聚，则共同成就一片庄严花海。

花，是清净与庄严的象征。以花供佛，不仅庄严外在坛城，也象征以我们内心的清净、善念与觉悟之花，供养诸佛菩萨。

值此药师佛诞殊胜吉日，以鲜花环绕佛塔，汇聚大众一份份清净供养，共同成就庄严花海，供养药师琉璃光如来及法界三宝。

愿每一朵花，都是一份善愿； 愿每一份供养，都成为走向觉悟的资粮。

📜 供花功德

《佛为首迦长者说业报差别经》记载：

「若有众生，奉施香花，得十种功德。」

• 一者、处世如花；
• 二者、身无臭秽；
• 三者、福香戒香，遍诸方所；
• 四者、随所生处，鼻根不坏；
• 五者、超胜世间，为众归仰；
• 六者、身常香洁；
• 七者、爱乐正法，受持读诵；
• 八者、具大福报；
• 九者、命终生天；
• 十者、速证涅槃。

愿以花供佛，以心为香； 一花一愿，众花成海； 花开之处，善愿亦随之绽放。 

🌺 One Flower, One Aspiration · Together, a Sea of Flowers

Each flower represents a pure heart. When countless flowers come together, they create a magnificent offering of beauty and devotion.

Flowers symbolize purity, beauty and awakening. Offering flowers to the Buddha not only adorns the sacred space, but also represents an inner offering — presenting the purity, kindness and awakening within our hearts to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

On the auspicious occasion of Medicine Buddha’s Birthday, flowers offered by devotees will come together to surround the stupa, creating a beautiful sea of flowers in offering to Medicine Buddha — Bhaiṣajyaguru, the Buddha of Medicine and Lapis Lazuli Light — and the Triple Gem.

May every flower represent a virtuous aspiration, and may every sincere offering become a cause for our journey towards awakening.

📜 Merits of Offering Flowers

As stated in The Sutra on the Differences in Karmic Retributions Taught by the Buddha to the Elder Shoujia, those who offer fragrant flowers receive ten merits:

1. To be radiant in the world, like a flower
2. To be free from unpleasant bodily odors
3. To spread the fragrance of merits and morality in all directions
4. To possess an unimpaired sense of smell in future lives
5. To be respected and admired by others
6. To remain pure and fragrant
7. To delight in the true Dharma and diligently uphold and recite it
8. To possess abundant merits and blessings
9. To attain a favorable rebirth after death
10. To progress swiftly towards Nirvana
